Our Team

Michael Ganz, a PhD physicist, is responsible, among other things, for the development of an IT platform for a toponome technology and developed application programs and libraries in the areas of data management, image processing and data analysis. Dr. Ganz is author of numerous scientific publications. Today he works at the Institute for Physics at the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg.

Lars Philipsen, graduate engineer of automation technology, signed, among other things, responsible for the further development of a first multiplex imaging technology MELC (Multi Epitope Ligand Cartography) and was the chief developer of the MELC robots that are certified IVD devices today. His work has been widely published in international prestigious scientific journals. Today he is responsible for the application and advancement of multiplex imaging technologies in the fields of immunology and neurology at the University of Magdeburg and is member of the “Multi-parametric Bioimaging and Cytometry” platform.

These scientists and science managers are accompanied by Eike Barschel, with a doctorate degree in business administration and an MBA from INSEAD. He has worked around the world, among others as CFO of multinational divisions and European corporations and as CEO of many SMEs in different industries.
